UAE real estate investors will be offered online mortgage tools as part of a high-level property partnership.
Bayut and dubizzle have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PRYPCO Mortgage to expand access to technology-driven property financing solutions for homebuyers across the UAE.
The agreement marks a major step in strengthening the integration of property search and digital mortgage capabilities within the country’s fast-evolving real estate technology ecosystem.

Under the partnership, Bayut and dubizzle will integrate PRYPCO’s home financing solutions directly into their PropTech ecosystem.
Users will gain access to a new bespoke mortgage calculator that provides instant, personalised repayment estimates on every property listing, supporting greater transparency and a more informed home-buying journey.
As part of the MoU, PRYPCO will serve as the exclusive online home finance partner on Bayut and dubizzle, offering a fully branded experience that connects active buyers with tailored finance options.
The agreement also reflects the UAE’s broader strategy to lead global real estate innovation by prioritising digital transformation, customer-centric solutions and smart living.
