Falcon Executive Aviation, part of Alex Group Investment, has announced plans to develop Dubai’s first fully private terminal designed to handle helicopters, private jets, and next-generation electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. The project was revealed during the Dubai Airshow.

Constructed on a 6,380-square-metre plot, the terminal will serve as the UAE’s first facility to integrate private jet, helicopter, and eVTOL operations within one aviation gateway, supporting Dubai’s growing role as a centre for urban air mobility.

The ultra-private terminal will feature direct helipad and vertiport access, allowing passengers to arrive, clear customs privately, and continue their journey by helicopter or future eVTOL aircraft for rapid point-to-point travel across the city and beyond.

Designed as a seamless mobility experience, the project will also include high-end retail outlets, private banking, commercial spaces, and dedicated VIP lounges. The terminal’s infrastructure will support fast inter-emirate transfers and is intended to set new standards in convenience and luxury for private aviation in the region.

Sultan Rashit Abdulla Rashit Al Shene, Founder and Chairman of Alex Group Investment, said: “This terminal marks a decisive shift in Dubai’s aviation future. For the first time, private jet operations, helicopter services, and next-generation eVTOL mobility will operate under one fully private gateway. We are building the largest helipad facility in the UAE, not as an addition, but as a foundation for the region’s future air mobility network. This project is the beginning of a new chapter for aviation in Dubai.”

The development will position Falcon Executive Aviation as a key player in Dubai’s emerging vertical mobility sector, offering a platform that combines private aviation efficiency with the next generation of sustainable air transport solutions.
