Dubai Police say they have arrested an Arab man for practicing witchcraft and fraudulent deception, the Gulf News reported on Monday.
Police received a tip-off about the suspect, having traced him to an apartment in Al Ghusais, and arrested him red-handed, it said.
The report added that man had used stones and other strange objects in rituals which he claimed would reunite estranged couples and make them fall in love again.
Police also seized a number of bizarre objects and scripts from the suspect’s apartment, it added.
