Danube Properties says 95% of ‘Miraclz’ project sold

Danube Properties has announced that 95 percent of the recently launched Miraclz project has been sold.

The $109m (AED400m) ‘Miraclz’ tower, located at Dubai’s Arjaan neighbourhood close to Miracle Garden, has of 591 apartment units ranging from studio to two bedroom apartments. Each unit where each home is fully furnished and equipped with modular furniture, and includes a living room that turns into a bedroom with a full-sized bed at night.

Speaking a press conference at the Grand Hyatt Hotel today, Rizwan Sajan, the founder and chairman of Danube Group, said the success of the project reflects the strong interest in affordable housing.

“I take great pleasure in announcing that our seventh project is almost sold out and the construction on all our sides are progressing very well,” Sajan said.

“Today the ‘Stop Renting and Start Owning’ trend has grown immensely and we are proud to be the pioneers in affordable housing.”

He said the Danube plans to more more projects in the future which will again be in the affordable housing bracket.

“We are extremely happy with the response received [for Miraclz] and [we are] looking to introduce new concepts in the affordable housing sector,” said Sajan.

The press conference was attended by Sushmita Sen, who is the for Danube Group.
