Dubai-based Sobha Group has unveiled a ‘Vaastu’ homes, inspired by the traditional Indian system of architecture, in its Sobha Hartland development on the Dubai Water Canal.
The developer said ‘The Vaastu’ villas will be part of the Hartland Estates and phase one will be completed by December 2018. ‘The Vaastu’ apartments in Hartland Greens are expected to be completed in December 2017.
PNC Menon, founder and chairman, Sobha Group, said: “Based on the age old science of ‘vaastu shastra’, we have seamlessly blended architecture with nature.”
In September, Arabian Business reported that the $4 billion (AED14.68 billion) Sobha Hartland will comprises 282 villas and 30 apartment blocks over 182-acres of land with the phase one scheduled for delivery at the end of 2017.
