Among the initiatives is the establishment of a National Wellbeing Observatory’ to help UAE policy makers.
The observatory will help monitor wellbeing indicators in the country and submit regular reports to the cabinet and propose training programmes for government employees.
Additionally, the facility will eventually launch an “academy of wellbeing” and form a national wellbeing council to manage and coordinate national strategy.
