Qatar’s Public Works Authority has awarded a US $71.2 million (QR259 million) contract to the local Tadmur Contracting Company for the construction of seven new schools in Doha. Each school will be built over 9,290m

. There will be a total of 25 classrooms at each school with associated computer, biology and physics laboratories, language laboratories, sports halls and playgrounds.
