Dubai Properties has announced the that all units of Arabella townhouses launched for sale on Saturday in its Mudon project were sold out amid strong investor demand.
Sales were conducted on a first-come first-serve basis, with scores of people queuing up in anticipation of the launch, the developer said in a statement.
To cater to the strong investor interest, Dubai Properties said it has decided to release additional units for sale.
“The overwhelming response received by Arabella Townhouses is a testament to the project’s worth as an astute investment for families seeking to own an upscale property to live in,” it added.

The new townhouses will be positioned close to the Mudon Central Park, which will include a 1.5km jogging track, a cycling track, sports courts, outdoor exercise stations, water features and water play areas.
The park will also feature coffee shops and retail stores, Kids Zone, dedicated areas for open air markets and seasonal events, as well as garden pavilions, Dubai Properties said.
Arabella Townhouses will include three bedroom and four bedroom units, ranging from 1,984 to 2,603 square feet.
