Sikhs mark 409th anniversary of Guru Granth Sahib

Sikhs in India have celebrated the 409th anniversary of the installation of the Guru Granth Sahib, the holy book of the Sikh religion. Devotees waited in line to enter the inner sanctum of the Golden Temple in Amritsar, while outside warrior priests put on shows of strength as the Guru Granth Sahib was taken on a procession in honour of the anniversary.
