Mister Baker, a long-standing bakery brand in the UAE, has created a mammoth cake as part of the 52nd UAE National Day celebrations.
Weighing 52 kilograms and covering 1 square metre, the cake depicts iconic architectural landmarks such as Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Burj Khalifa, and Burj Al Arab.
“Spanning over 30 years, our brand aims to mirror the nation’s exemplary leadership and foundational values,” said Tushar Fotedar, Managing Director of Mister Baker.
The cake, which has taken four chefs three days to craft, showcases the structures in intricate detail, which is “the result of tireless efforts,” according to Head Pastry Chef Ajith.

Valued at AED13,000, the cake will be on display at Mister Baker’s Umm Suqeim outlet between November 27 to December 3.
According to Ajith, it is “a marvel of confectionery” that pays tribute to the Emirates through its visually striking design.
Mister Baker has 27 outlets across the country and has witnessed the UAE’s impressive growth over three decades.
