UAE-based developer Bloom Properties has commenced the handover of residential units to home owners and investors following the completion of construction work at Soho Square in Abu Dhabi.
Situated close to New York University Abu Dhabi, Soho Square features 304 residences, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, duplex apartments, and a penthouse.
The development also offers community facilities such as a swimming pool, a children’s play area, a medical clinic and a fitness centre.
Inspired by the Soho district in New York City, Soho Square aims to reshape residential living on Saadiyat Island by creating public living areas filled with cafes and public art spaces. Soho Square will also be home to a variety of restaurants and retail outlets.
This is the second development by Bloom Properties on Saadiyat Island, after recently starting the handover of 207 units to home owners and investors at its Park View development.
Jeremy Lester, acting CEO of Bloom Holding, said: “The handover of Soho Square demonstrates our commitment to delivering high quality residential communities in desirable locations.
“We have witnessed a high demand for quality urban housing with high-end amenities, and this mixed-use project caters to both home owners and investors due to its prime location and attractive rental yields.”
