Adnoc expects workforce to rise 30% in five years

Abu Dhabi National Oil Co now has 25,000 employees, CEO of the company’s unit says

Abu Dhabi National Oil Co,
also known as Adnoc, expects its workforce to grow by 30 percent over the next
five years, the chief executive officer of a unit of the state-run producer
said on Monday.

Adnoc now has 25,000
employees, and its workforce is increasing as output expands, Ali Al Jarwan
said at a conference in Abu Dhabi, according to a report by Bloomberg.

Abu
Dhabi holds most of the oil and gas reserves in the UAE, the fourth-largest
member of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries.
