DMCC and Signature Developers in partnership announced the launch of the luxury residential development, W Residences, set to be located in the neighborhood of Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT).
In collaboration with Marriott International, the 32-storey development will house 200 exclusive apartments.
The project is scheduled to commence in Q4 2024.
