Lucidya, a leading AI-powered customer experience management (CXM) platform, said it secured a SAR5 million ($1.3 million) grant from Saudi Arabia’s National Technology Development Programme (NTDP).

The company said the grant will help it to accelerate plans for regional market expansion.

It will also enable it to scale operations, enhance product offerings, and expand into new markets beyond the Kingdom, it said.

The NTDP, an initiative by Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), is designed to empower high-potential technology companies and fast-track Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals.

The grant announcement comes as MCIT launches the second phase of its Source Tech initiative.

The programme aims to advance Saudi Arabia’s digital economy by further localising application development, outsourcing, and communication services, positioning the Kingdom as a global hub for digital innovation.

Ziyad Binsulaiman, Business Development Director at Lucidya, said the company is honoured to receive the grant, which will help to expand its innovative solutions across new markets and elevate the region’s CX standards.

“Lucidya is positioned to accelerate its growth trajectory and contribute to Saudi Arabia’s vision of becoming a global leader in technology and innovation by transforming how organisations manage customer experiences,” he said.
