Major parks and some public beaches reopened on Friday, including JBR, Al Mamzar, Jumeirah and Umm Suqeim beaches.
Up to half of staff at Dubai companies will be allowed to return to their workplaces from Sunday, May 31, up from 30 previously.
Cinemas and other entertainment centres are now open as well.
In Ras Al Khaimah, 45 hotels were granted permission to restart at 75 per cent capacity – higher than the other emirates.
Schools and universities are still shut and students will continue their e-learning programmes.
But you need in keep in mind that social distancing guidelines like maintaining a 2 meter distance from other outside homes, wearing masks and gloves are all in place.
Children below 12, adults above 60, and people with chronic diseases or who are prone to infection are still not allowed to enter malls, cinemas or sports facilities.
All residents returning to Dubai from other countries need to be quarantined for 14 days.
Mosques are still shut in Dubai.
