Loro Piana is the official supplier for the Italian eventing and dressage teams

Loro Piana has formed a strong bond with horse riding through more than 20 years of shared history and common values.
This affinity for equestrian sports led to its first sponsoring of Italian and international riders in 1985 and to its partnership with FISE [the Italian Equestrian Sports Federation].
As technical supplier, Loro Piana will dress the Italian eventing and dressage teams for the 29th Olympics in Beijing, Loro Piana’s fourth presence at the Games. Jackets, tailcoats, sweatshirts, polos, t-shirts and caps for the riders, saddle pads and blankets for the horses.
The riders: their results
The eventing team will be represented by Susanna Bordone, Stefano Brecciaroli, Fabio Magni, Vittoria Panizzon and Roberto Rotatori. Pierluigi Sangiorgi will compete in the individual dressage competition.
Susanna Bordone: 10th in teams at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens; 24th at the 2002 World Championships; 9th individual at the 2003 European Championships; 14th individual at the 2005 European Championships; 18th individual eventing and 3rd team eventing at the 2007 European.
Stefano Brecciaroli: 10th in teams and 35th individual at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens; 40th individual at the 2002 World Championships.
Fabio Magni: 13th in teams at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona; 5th individual at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney; 10th in teams at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens; 16th individual at the 1998 World Championships; 30th individual at the 2002 World Championships; 11th in teams and 33rd individual at the 2006 World Championships; 25th individual at the 2003 European Championships; 23rd individual eventing at the 2007 European Championships; 3rd team eventing at the 2007 European Championships.
Vittoria Panizzon: 1st Junior at the 2001 European Championships; 2nd Young Rider at the 2003 European Championships; 8th individual eventing and 3rd team eventing at the 2007 European Championships.
Roberto Rotatori: 22nd individual eventing and 3rd team eventing at the 2007 European Championships.
Pierluigi Sangiorgi: the only Italian rider to qualify for the individual title for these Olympic Games.
