Construction on the US $2.18 billion (AED8 billion) business and residential micro-city, Capital Centre, has started in Abu Dhabi.
The client is Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company.
The project is the largest development on the main island of the UAE capital and is expected to be completed in early 2011.
