Dubai Metro operating hours will be extended on Wednesday, May 1 and Thursday, May 2.
The Roads and Transport Authority announced the service extension in a message on social media.
To facilitate transport to and from Dubai International Airport, the Metro will operate from midnight until 5am the following day.
Dubai Metro extends operating hours
The RTA said that trains departing from Centrepoint station will only stop at:
- Emirates Metro Station
- Airport Terminal 1 Station
- Airport Terminal 3 Station
- GGICO Station
The message posted on the RTA X account said: “To facilitate your transportation to and from Dubai International Airport, #RTA informs you that #DubaiMetro operating hours will be extended on Wednesday and Thursday, May 1 and 2, 2024, from 12am midnight to 5am (next day).
“Trains will depart from Centrepoint Metro Station and will only stop at the following stations: Emirates Metro Station, Airport Terminal 1 Station, Airport Terminal 3 Station, and GGICO Station.
“Please ensure your nol card has a minimum balance of 15 AED before departing. Taxis will be available at Centrepoint and GGICO stations to easily transport you to your destinations after you disembark from the metro”.
