If you have lost your nol card, or it has been damaged in any way, you can get your card balance transferred into a new nol card in a few simple steps.

However, you must ensure that your Emirates ID is linked to your nol card, be it a Silver or Gold card.

That said, here is how you can link your nol card to your Emirates ID for a full refund:

Linking your Emirates ID to your nol card:

  1. Download the ‘nol Pay‘ mobile application via Google Play or App Store.
  2. Click on ‘Personal nol card’, and click on ‘personalise your existing Silver/Gold card’.
  3. You will be directed to your UAE Pass mobile application. Click on ‘confirm’ and enter your UAE Pass PIN.
  4. Place your nol card on your phone’s rear phone camera and wait for the mobile application to finish scanning your card.
  5. Confirm if your details are correct, by clicking ‘Sumbit’. Make sure to check the Terms and Conditions box before clicking submit.
  6. Pay a fee of AED30 to personalise your nol card and wait for the payment confirmation. Place your card on the rear camera of your phone once again for the card to become personalised.

It is also important to note that the personalisation of your nol card will take a few hours and you will receive a PIN once the process has been completed.

Reporting your lost/damaged card:

  1. On the ‘nol Pay’ mobile application, go to the ‘More Services’ tab and click on ‘Report Lost/Damaged’
  2. Enter your credentials manually or Login with UAE Pass. You can also opt to Login as a guest.
  3. If you have your nol card already linked in the app, you can directly click on the card and submit your report.
  4. If your nol card is not linked in the app, enter your Tag ID which is the 10-digit code behind your nol card.
  5. Enter the PIN of the nol card, which is shared by the RTA, and click on the reason for refund card.
  6. Submit your report and the balance in your lost or damaged nol card will be transferred to a new nol card.
