Thai Airways pushes ‘visa run’ flights

Airline markets three-times-weekly flights from Dubai to Kuwait as conveniet way to renew visas.

Thai Airways is pushing its three-times-weekly flights from Dubai to Kuwait as a convenient way to renew employment or visit visas.

Passengers holding valid UAE employment or visit visas are able to complete a visa change flight with little impact on the normal working day.

Flights TG 519 from Dubai to Kuwait depart Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5.05pm. The return flight departs Kuwait at 7.05pm – after a one-hour stopover – arriving in Dubai at 9.05pm.

Thanks to the convenient timings, there is little disruption to the normal daily routine of the passenger, whilst also completing visa change requirements quickly and smoothly, the airline claimed.

Passengers can also enjoy an evening meal and in-flight beverages during the journey.

Fares are available on request from Thai Airways Reservation Office or through authorized agents, but special conditions apply, which should be clarified at the time of booking.

The airline has also recently launched a new website especially designed to for the Middle East market.
