Dubai will make fashion history as Michael Kors brings his spring/summer 2024 runway show to the city, making it the first time the American label has showcased an entire collection outside of New York.
The move highlights the increasing allure of the region for American brands and fashion enthusiasts alike.
Scheduled for December 12, the event will be an invite-only affair with an audience of approximately 250 attendees, comprising clients, media, influencers, and celebrities.
Further details remain undisclosed, however, it will be live streamed across the brand’s social media pages.
The Dubai show will not only feature looks from the original New York Fashion Week (NYFW) presentation but will also introduce styles crafted exclusively for the Middle Eastern region and the occasion.
The initial show, which premiered in Brooklyn, displayed a light and airy style, beginning with relaxed lace, embodied in a breezy shift dress that paid homage to carefree summer living.
