Lumensoft lights up IT

Pakistan-based IT consulting company LumenSoft Technologies is using GITEX Technology Week as the main "launch pad" for its overseas marketing efforts says Abdul Aziz, CEO of the firm.

"We feel that now our company has got enough exposure and experience to move  into the international market," he explains.

"Obviously the Middle East is one of the prime target markets because the market size is continuously expanding. It's really good for retail solutions such as ours."

The mainstay of LumenSoft's business is providing pre-packaged software solutions for the retail industry. CEO Aziz adds that GITEX Technology Week is the ideal venue to display its new retail management system "Candela" - a complete barcode enabled solution for management of retail businesses. The firm has already performed a succcessful implementation in Lahore University.
