Salary increases for Kuwaitis working in state ministries will begin at 10%, increasing to 50%, according to government sources.
The Civil Service Commission (CSC) had completed a study in conjunction with the World Bank, which will be submitted to the Cabinet within one month, the sources told Kuwait Times.
Increases were based on inflation, which recently reached 7.35%, along with recently approved salary scales, the sources said.
