Seven Michelin starred chef Thomas Keller will open the first Bouchon Bakery in Dubai at The Beach, Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), on November 13.

The venue will serve a wide selection of breakfast beverages and pastries for morning pick-me-ups, including Keller’s custom-blended ‘TK by Equator’ coffee, espresso, iced or traditional teas, as well as classic French desserts such as lemon tarts, brownies and Keller’s signatures TKO cookies (Thomas Keller Oreo). The menu aims at mirroring Keller’s twist on classical French American cuisine.

Bouchon Bakery will be designed in a warm green façade and antique cast iron street lamp, with interiors resembling a traditional French boulangerie. Design elements will include antique wall sconces, original Tihany-designed chairs and classic wood flooring. Outdoor seating will be available during cooler months.

The bakery was set up by Keller in 2003 and has locations across the US in Napa Valley, Beverly Hills, Las Vegas and New York. Following its Dubai opening, it is set to launch in Kuwait.
