Those exercising in Dubai can temporarily remove face masks
Dubai has revealed a new set of guidelines regarding the wearing of masks in public, outlining when they can be removed temporarily and those who are exempt from wearing them.
The Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management issued an update on when people can remove face masks temporarily, which includes exercising and dining in restaurants:

Dubai recently eased restrictions that were imposed at the start of Eid Al Fitr, allowing people to leave their homes between 6am and 11pm.
The UAE’s National Disinfection Programme, which applies to all other emirates in the country, announced that the National Disinfection Programme hours will be eased by two hours from Saturday, and will run from 10pm to 6am.
