Rami Jabali Salon & Spa: If you have hair that you think is damaged beyond repair, you should give this salon a try. The owner, Rami Jabali, will give you a detailed evaluation of your hair and what works and does not work for it. He specifically recommended an anti-frizz treatment for our hair that we are still reeling over. The salon is located in Jumeriah Beach Residence (JBR).

Jose Eber La Loge: US-based celebrity hair stylist Jose Eber has worked with Hollywood A-listers including actress Elizabeth Taylor and singer Cher. He opened his first salon abroad in Dubai. Jose Eber La Loge is located in The Address Montgomerie Dubai and offers exclusive treatments and haircuts done by staff trained by Eber himself.

Marquee Hair Salon: This salon in Arabian Ranches Golf Club is known for mastering hairstyles – no matter how complicated or simple they may be. The concept itself is inspired by 1950’s film star glamour, so you get the picture. We also recommend it for layered haircuts and voluminous blow dries.

Slam Salon: If you are struggling to find a salon with good hair colourists, we recommend you try Slam in Al Quoz – it is known for giving customers natural-looking hair colours. It is a bit of a hidden gem, but it is definitely worth the visit as the décor is also designed in a hip and modern theme different to most Dubai salons.

Posh by Feryal: High end hotels do not necessarily have the best hair salons, but Posh in Burj Al Arab does not disappoint. It is also known for impressive hair healing treatments as well as voluminous blow dries. Its hair stylists have a reputation of being senior and experienced.
