Architectural and engineering firm MZ and Partners has been appointed to design and market four office towers at the Lusail project’s Marina in Qatar. The client is Salam Bunyan.
The four towers are set on four adjacent plots of land owned by Salam International.
The total cost of the project has been set at US $274 million (QR1 billion).
Construction is expected to begin early next year. The towers, facing the Doha Golf Club on one side and the Arabian Gulf on the other, are among the first projects being designed at Lusail’s Marina.
“The buildings will also be connected with each other through a shared parking area and a private entrance on the ground floor,” said Yasser Khalil Hamad, general manager, Salam Bunyan.
MZ and Partners are also the lead architects behind Energy City Qatar, also part of the $5 billion Lusail development.
The company is also working on the Navigation Tower in Doha’s West Bay.
