M’Sharie-owned Gulf Dynamic Switchgear (GDS), has been awarded a US $2 million (AED7.1 million) contract to design and supply low-voltage switchgear panels to Zabeel Investments’ prestigious development projects, the Anantara Palm Jumeirah and the Tiara Residence.
GDS will also supervise the installation, testing and commissioning of the low-voltage switchgear panels for the high-profile projects, which will be comprised of themed buildings, residential offerings and a hotel resort.
The Anantara Palm Jumeirah will consist of seven 15-storey buildings, which will have different gemstone themes: emerald, aquamarine, ruby, sapphire, tanzanite, amber and diamond.
The Tiara Residence will occupy five of a seven-building stretch. Each building will have a promenade level, a garden level, a deck level, 12 typical floors and a penthouse level. The two other buildings will be for the Anantara Palm Jumeirah, a 244-room hotel with 132 complementary furnished and serviced apartments.
