Qatar Civil Defence and Dubai Civil Defence have joined forces to launch the first Qatar Civil Defence Exhibition & Conference (QCDE), which will be held on 4-6 September 2007.
QCDE will play host to fire, security and safety exhibiting companies and aims to attract over 5,000 visitors, including architects, safety engineers, real estate developers, government and disaster management experts.
“A lot of hard work has been done over the last nine months by the top officials from Civil Defence, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry and our partners the Qatar International Exhibition Centre,” said Eiz Eldin Abdrahman, executive manager for the three-day Civil Defence Exhibition.
The conference was launched after the success of Intersec that took place in January this year.
