Dubai real estate booms
Dubai’s property market has been registering a steady growth trajectory in the first half of this year, with an 80 percent increase in sales volume in a one-year period starting May 2022, a recent industry report said.
The report by Unique Properties said recent data showed 11,700 transactions were logged last month.
The strong performance is indicative of the estimated market reach of AED300 billion by the end of 2023, the report said.
