Cityscape Global, a leading international real estate event, announced on Friday it would hold its meet in Saudi Arabia in September this year for the first time.

The event is to be held in partnership with the Saudi Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing (MOMRAH).

Over 180,000 domestic and international attendees – from buyers and investors in property through to B2B real estate professionals – are expected to attend the launch edition of Cityscape Global in Saudi Arabia.

Cityscape Global also announced the opening of the registration for the meet, a meet for global stakeholders across the entire real estate ecosystem, from Friday.

The celebrated event is to host hundreds of exhibiting master developers, including world-exclusive showcases of the largest global giga projects.

Besides, it will also exhibit B2B real estate services including architects, PropTech, consultants and contractors.

This will be alongside over 200 phenomenal speakers during its 4-day program at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Centre, Malham, opening on September 10.

The key topics at the conferences will include ‘The Future Living Summit’, a series of aspirational sessions focusing on future living; ‘The Institutional Investor Forum’, a space for local and international investors to network and invest in upcoming future projects in the GCC; CityscapeWIRE (Women In Real Estate), a series of networking events aimed at fuelling the careers of women in real estate; and the Design and Architecture area, showcasing industry trends aimed at inspiring the next generation of building and community design professionals.

“The launch of Cityscape Global in Riyadh ties perfectly into the three key pillars of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 strategy – vibrant society, thriving economy, and ambitious nation. In recent years, the real estate market in Saudi Arabia has grown exponentially, attracting large-scale foreign and domestic investment,” said Chris Speller, Vice President Cityscape Global, Informa Markets.

“Currently home to some of the most ambitious giga-projects anywhere in the world, Saudi is the driving force for the next-generation property sector,” he said.
