Al Tayer Group, a UAE-based business conglomerate, has opened a second retail outlet specialising in oil and vinegar in Dubai, at the Souk Madinat Jumeirah. Both outlets have been opened in association with Dutch retailer Oil & Vinegar, and are run by Al Tayer under the ‘Oil & Vinegar’ banner. Dubai’s first Oil & Vinegar shop was opened in Harvey Nichols, Mall of the Emirates.
Oil & Vinegar, which has a presence in more than 10 countries, sells food items such as spices, olive oil, vinegar and dressings, as gift items. The outlets also sell selected non-food items such as culinary products including authentic Spanish oil jars, handmade serviette rings, and cookbooks.
