Dubai low cost carrier flydubai has opened its first call centre in Saudi Arabia to serve the growing number of passengers flying to its 13 destinations in the Gulf kingdom.
Based in Riyadh, the call centre will assist with a variety of services such as creating and amending reservations, payments and customer service enquires in both Arabic and English, the airline said in a statement.
With 13 points, Saudi Arabia is the largest market in terms of the number of destinations that flydubai operates to.
“Saudi Arabia is a very important market for flydubai, and with our new call centre, we look forward to providing our customers with a local channel to cater to their needs”, said Hamad Obaidalla, chief commercial officer at flydubai.
“We would like to thank the Saudi authorities for their hard work and efforts in supporting the tourism industry in the market and stimulating the flow of traffic from the region,” he added.
flydubai has been operating to Saudi Arabia since 2010 with the launch of the first direct link to Abha from Dubai. flydubai currently flies to Dammam, Gassim, Gizan, Ha’il, Hofuf, Jeddah, Jouf, Madinah, Riyadh, Tabuk, Taif and Yanbu.
