Oman Air to launch new flights to Singapore, Goa, Dhaka

Airline’s chief executive says he is ‘very confident’ that new services will prove popular with passengers

Oman Air will launch services to Singapore and Goa from March 29 and to Dhaka as from August, Paul Gregorowitsch, the airline’s CEO, has announced.

Oman Air’s new Airbus A330 service between Muscat to Singapore will operate daily and tickets can be booked now from OR233.80 return per person, including taxes and charges.

Goa will be served by a Boeing 737 aircraft, and will offer four flights per week with tickets from OR161.30.

Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, will be served by the carrier’s flagship A330 aircraft, will offer four flights per week and tickets cost from OR186.90.

“We are delighted to be opening up new routes to Singapore, Goa and Dhaka, and to be offering our customers even more choice within Oman Air’s continually expanding network. We know there is strong demand for flights to each of these destinations,” said Gregorowitsch.

“We are therefore very confident that the new services will prove extremely popular and I would encourage customers to book as early as possible.

“The launch of these new services continues our ambitious programme of expansion and follows the highly successful December 2014 introduction to our network of services to Manila and Jakarta.”
