The National Guard Command, represented by the UAE Coast Guard Division, rescued a citizen and 3 people of Asian nationality whose boat capsized 17 nautical miles from the coast of the emirate of Sharjah – Hamriya Port.
The Coast Guard team located the boat, rescued all individuals, and provided them with first aid, WAM said in a statement.
“The operation demonstrated the firm commitment of the National Guard Command units to strengthening security and the safety of all citizens and residents in the UAE,” the statement said.
