Leading Sharjah-based real estate developer Alef Group has launched Al Mamsha Raseel, the Zone 3 project in its Al Mamsha Sharjah development.
The AED5 billion project, based in the Al Muwaileh area, will be the city’s first fully walkable community, the company said.
Al Mamsha Raseel comprises 2210 units offering a variety of modern one, two and three-bedrooms apartments with private terraces.
The Al Mamsha Raseel, meaning pure water in Arabic, is planned to feature a variety of stunning water features, including interactive fountains in play areas.
“Providing a unique lifestyle experience for those seeking unique living experience as well as retailers, the new development will embody key elements of Sharjah’s rich history,” Issa Ataya, chief executive officer of Alef Group, said.
He said Al Mamsha Sharjah will undoubtedly make a positive contribution to the development of the city.
Designed with ample walkways, landscaping and water features, the new Alef Group project is expected to attract a range of tastes and budgets.
