Kuwait’s Agility bags Australia deal

Logistics provider wins $350,000 deal to provide services to power plant project in Australia.

Kuwait’s Agility, the Gulf’s biggest logistics provider by market value, won a $350,000 deal to provide services to a power plant project in Australia, a statement on the bourse website said.

The total value of the contract is $750 million and Agility’s share of it is worth $350,000, according to the statement posted on Monday.

An Agility unit signed a contract with Australia’s CH2M Hill to provide logistics services for a power project, several Kuwaiti papers reported. (Reuters)
