Dubai’s burgeoning reputation as the Middle East’s top destination for international music tours has been further enhanced with the news that US songstress Pink will perform a one-off concert at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre on September 5.
The show is the only Middle East date on Hard Rock’s 2007 Ambassadors of Rock concert schedule, which kicks off with London’s Hyde Park Calling on June 23.
Staged over two days, the London concert is being headlined by recent Dubai visitors Aerosmith, as well as Peter Gabriel and the recently reformed Crowded House.
Mirage confirmed that 10,000 tickets will be made available for Pink’s Media City concert.
