Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer, Bloom Properties, has announced it began the handover of units at its premium development in Dubai.
The delivery of the three residential towers known as Bloom Towers comes as the developer believes the Dubai property market remains “strong” despite the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
Bloom Towers consists of 944 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes and is the only project in Jumeirah Village Circle which has its own dedicated chillers.
Unlike the central district cooling system, this will ensure only direct cooling charges are paid and unit owners have the full control over the AC demands.
A spokesman for Bloom Holding said: “The handover of Bloom Towers’ apartments is an important milestone for Bloom Holding in 2021, as it marks our first residential project to be handed over in Dubai.
“Demand for units at Bloom Towers has been extremely high since our launch, and we are happy to start welcoming the first batch of residents in one of Dubai’s fastest growing communities.
“The Dubai real estate market remains strong and has recorded a significant growth in Q1 2021 as compared to the same period last year, and we are proud to be the first Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer to hand over residential units in Dubai despite the challenges brought by Covid-19 pandemic.”
He added: “We are confident that 2021 will be a positive year for us, and we look forward to the handover of our second project in Dubai, Bloom Heights, in Q2, with 686 spacious residential apartments across two high-rise towers.”
Bloom Towers also offers gyms, a co-working space, a leisure and lap pool, private outdoor dining area, sauna and steam rooms, a jogging track, an event amphitheatre and concierge services.
