London-listed luxury real estate developer Dar Global has announced the launch of Trump Tower Jeddah.
The project is estimated to be worth SAR2 billion and will launch in partnership with the Trump Organization. Set to be located on Jeddah Corniche, the tower will span 47 floors, making it one of the city’s tallest residential towers.
The Trump Tower will feature several highlights including the Trump Club, Saudi’s first members-only social club.

The project is set to be designed with premium finishes, crafted layouts, retail spaces, gourmet dining, green spaces, enhanced parking solutions and smart urban planning.
