Kempinski, Europe’s oldest luxury hotel company, has announced its latest venture in Dubai with the management of a collection of premium branded residences in Dubai Marina.
The Kempinski Marina Residences, currently being developed by ABA Group Dubai, will bring a touch of timeless elegance and European flair to the vibrant Dubai Marina skyline.

Luxury living in Dubai
The Kempinski Marina Residences will stand out among the towering structures in Dubai’s lifestyle district.
The architectural marvel will comprise 453 state-of-the-art homes, including one- to four-bedroom single and duplex apartments, sky villas, and seven penthouse suites.
Each residence will feature outdoor terraces providing panoramic views of the marina community and the emirate skyline.
Some units will also offer unique features such as plunge pools, hot tubs, and vertical gardens, adding to the distinctive geometric design of the tower.
Upon completion in early 2028, residents will enjoy exclusive amenities, including a residents’ lounge, kids’ club, and a well-equipped gym and fitness centre with indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
The project will also feature basketball and paddle courts, landscaped public spaces, parking, and retail units. Additionally, residents will have convenient access to a wide range of shopping and dining options in the vicinity.
