Dubai developer unveils AED510mn Skyros residential project in Arjan

‘Skyros’ will offer studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with private pools

Dubai’s Samana Developers has announced the launch of a new Greek Island-themed residential project in Dubai – Skyros. Located in Arjan the project will offer 441 apartments including studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with private pools.

Almost all the units located in the residential project have private pools, the water element is a feature to create freshness and wellness.

“We are constantly receiving overwhelming interest from European, Russian and CIS investors for our new projects, especially for those projects that embody Greek Island themes and designs. Skyros has been designed on the popular investor trend to meet the demand. Triggered by Covid-19, our resort-style projects performed well,” revealed Imran Farooq, Chief Executive Officer of Samana Developers.

“The trend reflects that today’s buyer prefers to live in a healthy yet affordable environment. Samana Developers is doing well with the new themes such as the resort, the island, private pools and converting a residential apartment into a holiday home. We our upcoming new projects, we will be introducing innovative concepts.”

Samana Developers incorporates additional income generating facility for homebuyers by allowing them to convert apartments into holiday homes and sub-lease it to tourists and visitors.

Skyros will span over a total of 567,433 square feet of total build-up area and feature leisure pool decks, a health club, indoor and outdoor gyms, a sauna, steam room, kids play areas, a rooftop basketball court, rooftop lounge, rooftop cinema, valet parking and retail spaces.

Additionally, the developer is also offering buyers who make an investment of AED2 million a free-of-charge Golden Visa.
