Palm Jumeirah will now be home to the newly launched SLS Residences, the first of its kind outside the Americas. The inaugural project, announced by Roya Lifestyle Developments is set to open in 2026.
Located on the West Crescent of the man-made island, the ultra-luxury residences will be licensed and operated by lifestyle hospitality company – Ennismore.
Featuring 113 units with varying layouts including two and three-bedroom apartments as well as three and four-bedroom duplex, SLS Residences will also offer penthouses with some of the apartments on the ground floor boasting private gardens.
Amenities for residents include a private beach, private chefs table and fitness area. Additionally, guests will have access to The Social House which will offer a boutique-fitness space, private dining lounge, game-entertainment room, private screening room and more.
