Stella Stays, a proptech start-up in Dubai has announced the launch of two new branded residences located in Al Barari. The development is made up of 90 units and will offer a personalised rental experience for residents.
Residents will access to numerous amenities and facilities such as indoor and outdoor sporting venues, swimming pools, botanical gardens, cycling paths, walking pathways, restaurants and supermarkets.
Stella Stays Al Barari is designed to offer guests and residents a tech-enabled journey from booking to stay management, smart home systems and guest services which will all be operated through the app.
The development offers flexible payment methods including credit, debit cards and cryptocurrencies.
