Dubai real estate market saw another hectic day on Tuesday, registering transaction deals worth $816.8 million (AED3 billion).
Tuesday’s property deals included 530 sales transactions worth AED2.35 billion, 135 mortgage deals of AED564.27 million, and 55 gift deals amounting to AED180.68 million, data released by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) showed.
The sales included 494 villas and apartments worth AED1.15 billion, and 36 land plots worth AED1.2 billion.
The mortgages included 114 villas and apartments worth AED284.27 million and 21 land plots valued at AED280 million.
The city’s real estate sector saw property transactions worth $3.9 billion (AED14.2 billion) last week, marking one of the massive weeks for the sector.
The DLD data showed registering as many as 4,123 transactions in the week ended January 26.
