Emaar Pakistan, a subsidiary of Dubai-based property developer Emaar Properties, begins sales registrations today for its Crescent Bay apartments in Karachi.
The mixed-use community is part of a multi-billion dollar investment by Emaar in Pakistan, due for completion within five to six years.. Located in Karachi’s DHA Phase 8, and near the DHA golf course, the 108-acre development features high and mid-rise towers for residential and commercial use, along with a shopping centre and five star beachfront hotel.
Emaar is also developing the Highlands and Canyon Views in Islamabad, which launched last year.
Potential investors can register for residential apartments at Emaar Pakistan offices in Karachi, Islamabad and Dubai.
