Telecom operator du is set to introduce a new service that aims to bring more convenience to customers – mobile payments. For the first time in the UAE, du will offer customers the ability to pay their bill or recharge their mobile credit instantly with their credit card by simply sending an SMS.
The service will also be available when roaming abroad.
“All our products and services are developed with the convenience of our customers in mind, reminding them that du is always around the corner or, with Mobile Payments, at their fingertips,” said Osman Sultan, CEO of du.
Offered at no extra charge, the service is available for both Monthly Plan and Pay as you Go subscribers.
