Oracle has continued its acquisition spree with the purchase of control management solution provider LogicalApps for an undisclosed sum.
LogicalApps delivers automated application controls in the areas of access, setup and transaction monitoring.
“Regulatory compliance and the associated risk is a top priority for business executives today,” said Oracle president Charles Phillips.
The deal is expected to close by November.
Oracle said LogicalApps’ portfolio of control management solutions will be integrated into its governance, risk and compliance applications suite.
