Consultancy firm EC Harris has successfully delivered phase two of the Al Wahda Sports Club master development in Abu Dhabi, which includes handing over Abu Dhabi’s largest hotel.
Providing project management and cost consultancy expertise during construction of the Grand Millennium Al Wahda, EC Harris was responsible for careful coordination and close technical and people management throughout the five-year project.
Situated in the center of Abu Dhabi city, the 5-star hotel contains 588 guestrooms and 262 furnished apartments making it the single largest hotel in the Emirate.
The project also features an office tower, a 30,000 m sq business centre and a residential tower with 294 two, three and four bedroom apartments.
The project is phase two of a three-phase master development – which includes the ongoing extension to the existing Al Wahda Mall.
