North American celebrity chef Christopher Kostow will be bringing his three Michelin-Star cuisine to this year’s Abu Dhabi Gourmet Abu Dhabi festival taking place February 4-19.
Chef Kostow’s signature modern American cuisine, which blends French tradition with the farm-to-table approach, will include locally-sourced ingredients to match the region’s palette.
The four-day event will take place in The Forge steakhouse at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi from February 5 – February 8.
As the event’s highlight, a Chateaux dinner will be held on Friday, February 7, and will be priced at $330 per person.
